Greater Noida: Tappal Bajna, some 7km in the approaching Jewar global airport, could turn into one of the region’s biggest logistics and warehousing hubs, even in case Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) goes forward with its proposal to get the same below its Master Plan Phase-II. A preliminary report filed by adviser Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India participated in preparing the feasibility analysis and the comprehensive project report has advocated rail entrance of this hub — suggested throughout 465 hectares — together with all the Delhi-Palwal route. Once prepared, it’ll be a significant point of industrial products offload, officials explained. “We have suggested the logistics and warehousing heart in Tappal Bajna Urban Centre below the Master Plan Phase-II. We’ve appointed Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India for planning the feasibility study-cum-DPR of this planned logistics and warehousing heart in the region,” said Monika Rani, added CEO of YEIDA .While the beginning report was filed by the adviser, in addition it has advised the logistics and warehousing heartbeat be closely connected through rail and road. The report indicates linking this hub together with the Delhi-Palwal railroad street, using 16km of course laid with the goal. “There’s Chola railroad station near Tappal. But particular suggestions for rail connectivity will likely be drawn up by the advisor with justified recommendations from the draft DPR, that is not yet been filed,” she explained. Although it’s suggested that 1,794.4 hectares will probably be earmarked for businesses and 1,608.3 hectares for combined land use, Monika stated,”The last place will be advocated by the adviser at the draft DPR.”
