Prasagraj: High Court of Allahabad on Friday provided protection from the arrest of the former Governor of Uttar Pradesh Dr.
Aziz Qureshi, against whom the FIR was submitted in a case of incitement to make commentions insulting on the head of the Yogi minister.
Hearing the Writ petition submitted by Dr.
Qureshi, a division bench consisting of Pritinker Justice Divider and Justice Mohd Aslam was directed at registering this case on October 6 for the next hearing.
In the Writ Petition, Dr.
Qureshi has been searching for the revival of government advice on asking the court that he can be given three days to find instructions and to call a diary.

In his complaint, Akash Kumar Saxena has alleged that after visiting Azam Khan’s house and meeting his wife, Dr.
