Vadodara: The alertness of a man who lives in Raopura helps police capture planning thieves to enter his neighbor’s house in early Tuesday morning.
Kalpesh Surti, who lives behind the General Post Office (GPO) in Raopura, watched two men lurking outside his neighbor’s house Nilesh Modi around 5am on Tuesday.
The Modi family has gone to Mathura for a vacation.
Feel that the duo plans to enter Modi’s house, Surti will call the police control room when he saw two police officers at the Raopura police station passing.
Surti stopped the police and told them about two thieves.
When the police began to run towards them, one of the thieves managed to escape.
Another thief entered the fight with the police and injured them and also damaged their cellphones.
Thieves were identified as Joglinder Singh Sikligar, however, Nabbed and taken to the Raopura police station.
The contracemature, identified as trilok singh aka Chingu Sikligar, has been declared as desired.
The police registered two violations of separate theft and caused injured in a civil servant against the duo.
