Kochi: IMD has issued a warning of heavy rainfall isolated for Kerala from October 28-31.
It is said that the low pressure area lies in the center of the South Bay of Bengal with related cyclone circulation which extends up to 5.8 km above the average sea level.
The possibility of moving west for the next three days.
A trough at Easterlies runs from cyclone circulation associated with this low pressure area to the Northwest Bay of Bengal.
Under this influence, the yellow warning has been issued for all districts from Thiruvananthapuram to be idukki on Thursday.
On October 29, 11 districts were alert to isolated heavy rainfall except for Palakkad, Kannur and Kasaragod.
On October 30, 12 districts including Palakkad alert.
Kannur and Kasaragod are exceptions.
