Neena Gupta, whose autobiography is making headlines ever since it was released, visited lyricist Gulzar’s Mumbai residence recently.
She was there to gift him her latest book in which Neena has made some startling revelations about her past.
The veteran actress also shared a video from her meeting with Gulzar on Instagram.
In the video, you can see Neena just outside Gulzar’s residence gifting him the book.
Keeping the Covid-19 mandates and safety precautions in mind she didn’t get too close to him for a handshake or hug.
However, she took her mask off for a brief moment just to let us see her with the legend in the same frame.
“Padh ke batana kaisi lagi,” Neena urged Gulzar as he bid goodbye to him.
“So happy and nervous ki unhen kaisi lagegi (sic),” she wrote while sharing the video.

On the work front, Neena Gupta was recently seen in ‘Sardar Ka Grandson’ which also stars Arjun Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead.
She also played a key role in ‘Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar’ which initially released in the theatres.
But, because of the pandemic, the film failed to attract the audience to the theatres.
It was later released on OTT a few weeks ago and has been lapped up by cine lovers.
Meanwhile, Gulzar recently released a poem appealing people to get vaccinated.
The video, released on the Instagram account of his NGO, is a request to people to go and get vaccinated to protect themselves and their family.
Gulzar recited, ”
COVID se bachne ka tariqa hai, aasan hai, lagwa lein, teeka hai.
Aap bhi mehfooz honge, desh bhi.
Saath rehne ka saleeka hai.” He added, “Jitni jaldi ho sake ye teeka lagwa lije.
Doctors ne, sansthanon ne apni jaan par khel kar ye
vaccination, ye teeka ijaad kiya hai taaki insaani nasl ko bachaya ja sake.”
