Patna: The verbal duel between two factions of the Lok Jansakti Party (LJP) led by Jamui MP Chirag Paswan and his uncle and Union Food Processing Industry Union Pashupati Kumar Paras, refused to go down.
On Saturday, the functionaries of the two groups attacked each other and reaffirmed their support base.
While the faction led by Chirag alleged that the Paras was busy meeting with BJP senior leaders in Delhi, his rival group described the Chirag ‘Asirvad Yatra’ as Eyewash.
Faction spokesman Chirag Rajesh Bhatt said Jatui MP received the massive support of people from all parts of society during Yatra, which was launched from Dalit Hamlet near Hajipur in the Vaishali district in 5.
“People have submitted faith in Chirag’s leadership.
This Evidently from the extraordinary response he received from the people during his Yatra.
This has proven his popularity between the masses, “Bhatt said.
Chirag reached Jamui on Saturday where he was given a warm welcome by supporters of parties in different places, such as Sikandara, Pirhinda, Mahadev Simaria Bazar and Kuchhari Chowk.
Arches welcome was established in different locations.
On the other hand, a spokesman for Paras faction Shravan Agrawal stressed that the Union Minister was the National LJP President, who received reception from Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla.
Agrawal said before split in LJP, Chirag was used to spend time in New Delhi and rarely visited Bihar.
“He now spends more time at Bihar and rarely visits Delhi,” he added.
Agrawal describes ‘asirvad yatra’ as eyewash.
“Bhaade par to Log Yatra Mein Shameel Kiye Ja Rahen Hain,” he thought.
On Friday, the Paras together with the Head of the Prince Raj Party Party called Venkaiiah Naidu’s vice president at the last residence in New Delhi.
Previously, Prince had met with the Union minister of God Align and J P Nadda.
However, agrawal described their meeting as a courtesy visit after Induction of Paras into the Cabinet PM Narendra Modi.
“The LED LED paras is part of the government in the middle of that number,” said Agrawal.
