Thane: Because of the main water pipe leaks and short circuit, traffic near Teen Thane Hath Naka has been diverted for the next few hours, the city police told.
According to preliminary information, water pipes from Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) leaked near the Eternity Mall on Wednesday afternoon, which leads to a short circuit of a high-intensity cable from the electric board state of Maharashtra (MSEB).
Officials Department of TMC and MSEB water supply rushed to work and repairs were being carried out on an emergency basis.
However, to avoid further unwanted events, traffic from teenagers Hath Naka to the model checkpoint has been transferred by the city traffic police.
Commuter is now asked to bring Dyan Sadhana College – Mental Hospital – Raheja Junction route to achieve their goals on stretches.
Officials informed that repair work would take two hours again, posting the traffic on the usual route would continue.
They also asked locals not to dare near water leaks and work with workers to complete work as soon as possible.
