Coimbatore: Customer Service Center opened on Friday to receive complaints related to water supply in the West Zone Coimbatore Corporation.
This center functions at the company’s tax collection center on Jalan Metupalayam at Puram Hospital.
People can approach the center designated as part of the water supply scheme all the time – implemented by the Suez company – between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Saturday.
All five zones in the city will get such a service center in the coming days.
The West Zone is the first to get it, officials said.
All kinds of complaints related to water supplies include leaks in pipes, poor water quality and insufficient water supply can be raised.
In addition to receiving complaints, various other additional services will be provided at the service center.
People who want to get new drinking water connections can approach the center to get guidance.
All doubts related to the clock drinking water supply scheme will be addressed to people.
Officials said that soon the facility would be available for people to pay water fees with electronic mode and with cash.
