Water War: TRS, Congress for protests in parliament

Hyderabad: Telangana Parliament Member Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and Congress has decided to protest the government led by BJP for the central decision to take over the management of the Krishna and Godavari rivers and irrigation projects in them during parliament sessions.
Chief of Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has directed members of Parliament TRS to increase this issue during the ongoing Monsoon Parliament session on Monday, every time there is a chance.
They were asked to demand Telangana’s legitimate shares in the waters of the river.
TRS has nine parliamentarians at Lok Sabha, while Congress has three.
TRS has seven members in Rajya Sabha.
Asaduddin Owaici, representing Amim is a single parliamentary member of Hyderabad.
While members of TRS in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha will fight the total control center for the management of two rivers, the opposition congress and BJP MPs at home down will simultaneously highlight the concerns of the State and KCR failure to stop Andhra Pradesh to stop new irrigation projects to divert more Water from the Krishna River.
TRS has nine parliamentarians at Lok Sabha, while the Congress respectively has three and BJP of four members of parliament.
“The Ministry’s Union Jal Shakti has asked two countries, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, to deposit Hospital 200 Crore each, which means that while the center will have full control over the management of both rivers flowing through Telangana and AP and will not shopping from his pocket but Will retain irrigation projects in two river basins with the money provided by America, “MP Trs from Chevella G Ranjit Reddy to Ti.
“With the cost of the state government, they want to monitor and maintain the project.
It’s funny,” he said.
The Telangana government has invested thousands of crores rupees on new and sustainable irrigation projects.
KCr demanded that the court allocate its state.
Telangana also submitted a case at the Supreme Court but the center asked the state government to attract this case.
“Suddenly two river management boards were announced.
Either Telangana and AP can move forward with any project without central permission.
Will the center give permission for irrigation projects in just six months.
All these things and others will be raised in parliament,” Ranjit Reddy said.
Karimnagar MP and State President BJP Bandi Sanjay said they would ensure that not one drop of water allocated to Telangana was taken by another country.
“First, we will highlight the failure of CM KCR to complete the river water dispute with AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
We welcome the central intervention but at the same time it will ensure that Telangana does not lose the share of river water,” he said.
Malkajgiri MP and State State President Revanth Reddy said the situation would not arrive so far having CM KCR resolved many irrigation projects starting and 80 percent were resolved by the previous Congress government.
“Now, this is a question about the legitimate part of the Telangana people in the river water.
Congress will not allow injustice to be imposed on the trouble of river water,” he said.
