Chennai: Waycool Foods has partnered with the IFMR Business Postgraduate School (IFMR GSB) at Kria University to start a leadership development program called LAP (learn.merge.celge.celgees.celge..progress).
LEAP will help create future leaders in the company and also encourage business leadership skills and people in the agri-commerce sector.
“Several choices that have come through a strict and neutral assessment process have received the opportunity to take this unique program scheduled to become a path with the potential to drive the future direction of the Agri-Commerce industry,” Waycool Foods said.
Kria University started the first leap group for the Waycool leadership team in the first week of August.

This will handle development in three different streams, academic, at work, and guidance.
The academic flow will be led by the famous academics and faculty of IFMR GSB at Kria University.
The guidance stream will be under the Direct Guide of the Waycool Leadership Team who has established itself as a pioneer in the agri-commerce room.
