Mumbai: The Special Court on Monday allowed police officers who were dismissed Sachin invaded to be treated at a private hospital in Mumbai for his heart care.
However, it refused to give his foster right to the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for interrogation related to the case of scare the antilia bomb.
Such care costs must be borne by Waze and his family, said the court.
Waze, currently in the custody of the judiciary, has told the court through his lawyer that his three arteries have a “90 percent blockage” and that doctors have suggested direct operations for the same thing.
He urged the court to allow him to seek private medical care that said he did not want to die in detention such as the activist rights of tribes and the Jesuit Imam Stan Swamy.
Swamy, an accused of in the case of Link Parishad-Maois Elgar, died on July 5, while waiting for a guarantee for health reasons.
Last week, Nia has applied for a special court seeking lathe prisoners for two days, and a former police officer accused and former Sunil Mane police for five days in the case of scare the antilia bomb.
Both were accused of, along with eight other accused of being arrested in this case, currently in court detention.
Special Court on Monday also refused to give Mane’s custody to Nia.
Previously, Waze was in Nia prisoner for 28 days and a lemai for 15 days.
Nia has been looking for further prisoners who said they wanted to question Waze and Lemai to strengthen witness statements in this case.
Nia had arrested Waze for alleged involvement in placing vehicles that were full of explosives at Carmichael Road near the Ambani Ambani Antilia Billionaire Battle on February 25.
Then, he was ordered for the murder of the businessman Thane Mansukh Hiran, which was said to have a car.
