WB allows local trains, facilitating public leg norms

Kolkata: The local train will be allowed to abolish from Sunday (October 31) after a six-month gap, and schools, colleges and universities will be allowed to reopen the class on campus from November 16 in many restrictions announced by the restrictions announced by the Bengal Government Friday.
This notice also allows more footsteps in public places from Sunday, something carefully arranged – with periodic modifications – because the pandemic starts: Cinema, Theater, Auditorium, Mall, Market, Restaurant, Gym and Spa will be permitted to operate At 70% capacity, up from 50%, until 11pm, from the time the night limitation arrived.
The evening limitation between 11pm and 5am will remain, except for four nights (2 to 5 November) during times of Puja-Diwali and two nights (November 10-11) during the Puja Chhath, like for 10 days during Durga Puja.
There are some concerns and lack of clarity about the closure time extended.
“We are waiting for clarity about this,” said Sudesh Poddar, President of the Associent of Eastern India.
Regular local train services, which have been suspended since May 6, when the limitations are implemented because infections soaring during the second wave, can continue service with a maximum half-capacity capacity.
At present, Eastern Railway (ER) and South Eastern Railway operate with special services.
Er, who runs most suburban services in the state, is ready to operate the entire local train armade as a service advice.
Officants put aside the restart phase, unlike last year.
Full service recovery will not only be relieved for office visitors, but will help students too.
Schools, colleges and universities, which are still closed since March 2020 (the school has been opened briefly for class IX to XII in February-April 2021) will finally be reopened from November 16.
Although there was no limit on the number of students permitted in universities and university campuses, only class IX students to XII were allowed to return to physical classrooms.
The Ministry of Education, on Thursday, has issued a series of detailed guidelines about how educational institutions will be permitted to function.
The Bengal government on Friday expanded this SOP to all schools, colleges and universities throughout Bengal.
Training centers for competitive exams, which have been allowed to open earlier with a capacity of 50%, can now allow 70% of students to return to the classroom.
Relaxation of similar capacities has been announced for indoor social meetings – including managers – and shoots of films and TV serials.
There is no limit in the amount if the shoot is outdoors, but keeping and other Covid protocols must be followed, notification determines.
The restrictions and relaxation contained in the New Order will be valid until November 30, after that the government will review the situation and issue a series of subsequent guidelines.
