Kolkata: worshipers queue outside the temples in West Bengal on Thursday morning when the country is directed to celebrate Diwali and Puja times with religious spirit amid restrictions placed by the court for firecracking burst.
The Chairman of the Minister of Mamata Banerjee and Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar extended their wishes to people on that occasion.
“Greetings and the best hope for everyone at the beneficiality is profitable.
Diwali inspired us to eliminate gloom because it marked the victory of light over darkness.
Let us turn on the lamp of hope in a life in need and helpless,” Governor Tweeted.
CM pray for one and all happiness.

The celebration began at the beginning of the day, because many people were seen marching outside the Sweetmeat shop, while some exchanging greetings at River Puja Marquees.
At the highly respected Dakshineswar Temple, on the outskirts of the city, the queue was getting longer because it was running.
Kushal Chowdhury, Trustee Temple, said that management ensured that all Covid-19 protocol was being followed at the place.
Visitors must undergo a temperature check at the entry point, he said.
