KOLKATA: By making sure they possess their liquid chemical oxygen (LMO) tanks complete from Tuesday night, stocking more jumbo-sized oxygen tanks into maintaining their backup generators prepared and functioning in the event of power pops, hospitals throughout the city have been gearing up to cancel the disturbance which cyclone Yaas could cause. “We will make certain our LMO tank has been refilled to full power on Wednesday. In the event of LMO tankers not able to reach due to uprooting of trees, even a complete tank will last us approximately 3 times. But we’ve also have retained our grid through jumbo cylinders prepared within an exigency program,” explained Peerless Hospital CEO Sudipta Mitra.
