Kolkata: A 45-year-old man and his 19-year-old son was encouraged from the terrace of a three-story building in the styles by their neighbors on Friday when they experienced a flying kite.
Sukhdeb Hardder and his son Sushanta suffered serious injuries but managed to survive because they fell on a watched home tile warehouse.
Sushantathe accused the young man, Ajit Rajbanshi (23), who reportedly drunk when he encouraged the Father and the child, had been arrested under the IPC 308 section (guilty murder did not amount to murder).
According to local sources, the incident occurred when Sukhdeb and Sushanta flies kites on the terrace of their apartment in Vishwakarma Puja.
