Kolkata: West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankar has not called the Secretary of the Head (CS) H K Dwivedi told Raj Bhavan on January 31 to get a direction of an incident in the Jhargram district involving the opposition leader (LOP) Suvendu Adhikari.
Adhikari, in a letter to Dhankhar, said he was prevented to visit Netai in the Jharram, where he tried to respect those killed in shooting about 11 years ago.
Previously, the governor had summoned Dwivedi to find the details of the incident, but the main secretary did not appear for the meeting.
In a statement on Friday, which was later distributed on Twitter by the Governor, Dhankar said, “The response of the memorizing and the expansion provided by CS on January 25 regarding the significant problem from stopping LOP Suvendu Adhikari near Netai on seven January despite categorical and decisive judicial directives , worrying and concerned.
“Dhankhar also tried to find out the direction of whom the main secretary sent a message to tell his inability to respond to his call in the past.
He warned that the top officials provided the last chance to provide a comprehensive response to any case …
“failed to be suspected that CS worked completely ignoring legitimate directives from the governor’s office and accidental actions.
And intentional violations of the Rules of the All India Service (behavior), 1968, as a result of which serious consequences will follow the schedule “.
The main secretary also to make a full explanation about the act of negligence in this matter, Dhankhar said.
He accused that regardless of this warning, Dwivedi’s response was a dilator, maintaining and of course humbling to his office.
