WB: Patients turn around, die; Hospital fined RS 20L

Kolkata: The State Health Commission has asked a female hospital and child care to pay Rs 20 lakh’s compensation to the young man’s family, expecting a doctor whose husband has complained that the hospital has refused to enter the age of 32 years, regardless of his critical condition.
Shardha Buthra, the woman, died in another hospital emergency unit.

The doctor, to 35 weeks of his first pregnancy, has fallen at Jessore Road’s house on April 24.
According to complaints, his obstetrician told the family to take him to the Apollo Gleneagles hospital which reversed that the hospital was full.

The commission, however, did not start any actions in two other hospitals who said that there were no complaints against the first hospital while the third hospital gave CCTV recordings in patients who tended to be there.
