Siliguri (West Bengal): Python Burma Long 10ft saved by Dabgram Officials Forest Range under the Good Division of Forest Division in West Bengal Siliguri on Sunday.
The incident took place in a residential area near Farabari Nepal Basti, Fulbari in Siliguri.
Local residents contacted officers from the nearest Dabgram forest range to save the snake safely.
“Local population of Farabari Nepal Basti found the snake when it crossed the road.
The team won after receiving information at that place and saved the snake,” said Arith Dey, forest officials, the range of Dabgram forests.
A team of forest experts reaches the place, relieves snakes and releases it in the wild.
