Lucknow: Secretary General of Congress Priyanka Gandhi Vadra slams BJP on Sunday, for his statement that he is a ‘political tourist’.
“I am not a political tourist.
I have regularly come up.
This is BJP propaganda to show me and my brother Rahul as a politician who is not serious and we will not be blocked with it,” he said.
In informal interactions with media media, Priyanka said that BJP repeatedly wanted to create a narrative about him and Rahul did not become a serious politician.
“They (BJP) have created a perception that I have gone since the last one and a half years while the facts remain that I have regularly attended the Pancrayat and other programs,” he said.
Asking about the future of Congress in view of the upcoming election, he said, “I admit that our organization is weak compared to other parties.
We have run out of energy here for 32 years.
But we are trying to build organizations and their journey long.
I personally work 24×7 With all district units.
“About the possibility of Congress forge alliances or going alone in the next assembly selection, Priyanka said,” We are not too close to this problem.
It is too early to say something about this but we will make decisions that do not harm organizational interests or Party.
“Priyanka, who was on the third day of his visit to Lucknow, said he had tried to meet the maximum number of workers and party groups.
“My WhatsApp number is with everyone and wrong to say that I cannot be accessed,” he said.
