Starting next month, all visitors in France must show permits that prove that they are fully vaccinated, or recently tested negatively or recovered from viruses.
For restaurants – seen as a source of French life, this new rule presents other headaches after punishing pandemics.
“Our work used to ensure that our guests had fun when they were with us.
