WASHINGTON: United States Intelligence Chief, South Korea and Japan are expected to meet in Seoul early next week for a closed discussion about North Korea, including the issue, the Yonhap news agency, quoted the government’s source.
The Director of the United States National Intelligence Director Avril Haines will meet with Park Jie-won, Head of South Korea’s National Intelligence Service (NIS) and Hiroaki Takizawa, Director of the Japanese Cabinet Intelligence, said Yonhap, marking his third meeting since May.
The office of the National Intelligence Director did not immediately respond to a comment request.
