Weak rainfall activities above the country to continue until August 15: IMD

New Delhi: The weak spell that is weak in this country is likely to continue for the next five days, the Indian Meteorology Department (IMD) said on Wednesday.
However, intense rainfall spells in the northeast and side by side in East India, the northern part of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, are expected to last until August 14 and decrease after that, said IMD.
Patient rainfall is very possible on the plains of the North Indian (Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan), side by side with Central India and most parts of India (outside Tamil Nadu and Kerala), including Maharashtra and Gujarat until August 15, he said.
The rainfall activity will increase in India Peninsular from August 16 and so on, said IMD.
It is scattered to expandable rainfall as possible over Tamil Nadu and Kerala for the next five days with an isolated waterfall over Tamil Nadu for August 11-14 and August 11-12.
“The current spell condition of the rainy season over this country is likely to continue until the next 5 days (August 11-15), outside the Northeast and side by side in East India, the northern part of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar where intense rainfall activities will be Continues until August 14 with a subsequent reduction, “said IMD.
According to IMD data, from June 1 to August 10, the country received 5 percent less rainfall than usual.
The Meteorological Division of East and Northeast India from the IMD has recorded 12 percent rainfall, while the Meteorological Division of Northwest India and India each recorded minus 2 and 7 percent rainfall.
The Meteorology Division of the South Peninsula has 8 percent of rainfall more than normal so far.
The current spell of the spacious rainfall activity to be widespread with isolated weight until it falls very hard is very likely to continue in the northeast and sub-Himalaya West Bengal and Sikkim for August 11-14 and decrease afterwards.
A very heavy waterfall isolated as well as excessive possibilities from Assam and Meghalaya for August 11 to 13, said IMD.
Rainfall that is widespread with isolated heavy waterfalls is very likely to continue above Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and Gangetic West Bengal for August 11-14 and very heavy isolated falling on Bihar on 11 and 12 August, he said.
Spreading to heavy rainfall is very possible with the West Himachal region for the next five days.
IMD said isolated heavy rainfall was expected to be more than Uttarakhand for August 11-15 and over Himachal Pradesh for August 12-14.
