Weapon Factory Tiruchirappalli submit more than 25 remote control weapons to the Navy, coast guards

Trichy: Weapon Factory Tiruchirappalli (OFT) on Saturday submitted a Remote Control Rifle System (SRCG) collected locally 12.7 mm to the Indian Navy and Indian Guard Coast to increase supervision.
The first batch consists of 25 weapons.
They gathered at the Trichy factory through Technology Transfer Initiative (TOT) with the support of the Israeli-based Defense-based company system.
Oft said the original production of SRCG will begin soon.
SRCG is equipped with a standard heavy machine gun 12.7 mm M2 NATO.
Weapons mounted on ships and small craft supervision can remotely involve small vessels with high accuracy during operating day and night.
C S Vishwakarma, Chairperson of Factory Board Arm Arms (OFB), handed over weapons to K Iyer, Director General of Navy Equipment (DGona), in the Oft factory in Trichy.
