Mumbai: IMD has issued a vigilant heavy rain for Mumbai, Thane and Palghar until Tuesday.
The yellow warning (heavy to very heavy rain in isolated places) was released for Mumbai for September 13-14, for Thane and Palghar there was an orange warning (heavy to very heavy rain in isolated places very possible).
