Jaisalmer: Hearing Corpus Habeas petition on Friday, the High Court allowed a woman to go with the young men she married and directed Jaisalmer SP to provide security to the applicant and family members.
The woman, a resident of Bhilwara, was allegedly threatened by the police.
The court had ordered the suspension of the police and investigations against him.
Kavish Nath, a Pokhran resident in Jaisalmer District, has an inter-caste marriage with the woman.
