Pune: The domestic market witnessed high demand for colorful roses in the middle of the wedding season and the upcoming Valentine’s Day.
Florikultura experts say the Hit Pandemi industry gets a better interest price because of the easing of Covid-19 sidewalk throughout the country and reducing response to flower exports.
Indian society The Florikultura Association said that in the middle of a high demand from the domestic market, Florikulturis received the price of RS350-RS450 per bunch, which was around RS140 per bunch last year.
A bunch usually contains 15-20 roses.
Experts say that the decline in exports because the higher level of delivery also ensures that the domestic market is not lacking interest in this season.
President Praveen Sharma Association said exports have dropped dramatically from RS57 Crore in 2018 to Crore RS27 which was slightly in 2021, and this year it would likely fall further to the RS18-20 crore range.
At a higher price this year, Sharma said the reduction in cultivation areas throughout the country because pandemics had resulted in a relatively lower increase in demand and supply producing higher interest prices.
Sharma said, “This pandemic is a difficult time for the Floriculture industry.
However, after the wedding season began in November last year, demand has increased and prices have increased.
In the past three months, the Indian domestic flower market has been running with a bull, thanks to around 25 Marriage lakh held throughout the country.

“Demand has seen a sharp increase in recent months and we have exported around 2 lakh roses in the domestic market.
3 other Lakh will be distributed in the coming days,” he said.

For pink roses there are aqua, poisons and Shakira.
Among the white is an avalanche and in a very famous yellow gold strike.
In orange there are Naranga and among Rose Bicolor there are tropical Amazon, Africa Don.
