In four states / UTS where cases indeed rise, the number is too low to become a consequence.
Cases dipped by 10% in Kerala during Sunday Onam, 19% in Maharashtra, 24% in Andhra, 16% in Karnataka, 15% in Odisha, and 10% in the country with a relatively high viral load.
Delhi saw a decline of 32% while Himachal, where cases increased, witnessing a 29% decline.
