Welfare schemes for minorities apply: Center to Top Court

New Delhi: Justifying his welfare scheme for people from the minority community, the center has told the Supreme Court that the scheme applies legally and in accordance with the abshred principles of the constitution to reduce inequality and to achieve inclusivity.
Opposing pills for ahead of the welfare scheme for the minority community, the minority minority ministry believes that the scheme does not violate the rights of other community members and legally applies.
“This was conveyed that the scheme implemented by the ministry was to reduce inequality between the minority community and to increase the level of education, participation in entrepreneurship, skills and development of entrepreneurship, reducing deficiency in civil facilities or infrastructure.
The scheme does not conflict with the principles of equality as immortalized in the constitution, and does not violate the rights of other community members.
This scheme applies legally because they only allow the provisions to achieve inclusivity and not suffer weaknesses, “Affidavit said it also clarified that the scheme was intended only for less part / candidate / women capable of a minority community.
