Kolkata: Bengal BJP has broken the whip on two prominent leaders, Jayprakash Majumdar and Ritesh Tiwari, to curb the increasing difference of opinion in the ranks before spinning out of control.
The party was “temporarily suspended” Majumdar and Tiwari without waiting without limits to their reply to the Showcuse notification sent to them for “party discipline violations”.
Bengal President BJP Sukanta Majumdar has signaled “quick decisions” to warn people like Jayprakash and Tiwari before they joined another BJP rebel to meet with the Santan Y.
Union Minister Y.
“We expect a very quick reply to the showcuse notice.
We will immediately make a decision , “Majumdar said, hours before taking disciplinary steps.
It could be by coincidence a few days before Delhi Thakur’s visit, loyalist from the BJP Secretary (Organization) Amitava Chakraborty installed posters and Flex in Central and North Kolkata, such as rebels who did a few days ago to reaffirm their grip on the organization.
“Temporary suspension”, however, can hardly discipline the two leaders who continue to challenge them.
“The transition and change are all natural for political parties.
But someone cannot replace 80% of leaders overnight , the former BJP State office carrier.
Jayprakash is expected to announce his stand at a press meeting on Tuesday.
But if his words before “temporary suspension” is something to pass, then the BJP leader will question the validity of the party discipline committee that took the action.
“The last committee announced by Sarkar Subhas Minister.
Usually, a minister cannot head the Discipline Committee.
I am not aware that the state president has dissolved it and forms a new committee,” he said.
BJP Bengal rebel section now looks at Thakur, which is likely to present a BJP organizing case who is not satisfied with the President of the JP Nadda Party when they meet during the parliamentary budget session starting January 31.
Thakur, will then continue with the mass contact program in its election and meet the BJP committee.
The Thakur brother and BJP Gaighata MLA Subrata Thakur did not confirm the interaction with Nadda, is now busy with the election of Uttar Pradesh, but the sources close to the development indication that the Union Minister will meet with BJP president in Delhi.
The matuas will also write to the Ministers of Union Amit Shah demanding the implementation of the citizenship amendment law.
According to sources in Delhi, Nadda looked for up to 2022 March to overcome this problem.
