Kolkata: The state government has been postponed, from Monday, “off-site camps and outdoor vaccinations”, with maybe some exceptions.
The move came four days after the vaccine managed in the Kasba camp was found fake, leading to the arrest of the committee.
From Monday, only the vaccination center in the hospital (both personally and the government) and the clinic run by KMC will operate.
Some centers outside the location in the mall can be permitted to function, but there will be better clarity for this after the meeting on Monday that health officials have called with private hospitals on inoculation drives and SOPs.
