Kolkata: The Zika virus outbreak in Kerala has given Bengal warnings.
Even because not one case of Zika’s infection has been reported in the state, the Ministry of Health has stepped quickly to form an expert committee to work to prevent the virus from the country.
“In the midst of the threat of the third wave, we cannot buy the Zika virus outbreak.
Therefore, there must be proper supervision as a precaution,” said a senior health official.
The State Health Department has told the district health officials to oversee cases suspected and report the same thing to Swsatya Bhawan.
Doctors say that mosquito default infections cannot pose a threat such as Covid-19 and can be controlled by effective vector control measures but have symptoms that overlap with dengue fever and chikungunia.
