West Indies docked six WTC Factors for slow over-rate at 2nd Test

GROS ISLET (St Lucia): West Indies have already been fined 60 percent of the game price and also penalised six ICC World Test Championship (WTC) factors for keeping a slow over-rate from South Africa in the second Test at St Lucia.
