New Delhi: The Indian Wrestling Federation (WFI) has forgiven Vinesh Phogat for his behavior at the Tokyo Olympics and said that Grappler was welcome to provide a test selection.
“We have now forgiven Vinesh, he is wrong but he accepts his mistakes and as you know we usually scold our child at home so they obey us.
Vinesh is also our child and we welcome him to give a trial,” WFI President Brijbhushan Sharan.
Singh told Ani on the sidelines of an event organized by the Federation and Tata Motors.
Wrestling trials are scheduled to be held on August 31.
Previously, Vinesh Phogat had apologized to WFI after the body while suspending him of the disciplinary problem at the Tokyo Olympics who had just concluded.
