What drives Noida, buyers of Greater Noida’s house this year

Greater Noida: Contrary to expectations, 2021 is relatively better for real estate players in Noida and Greater Noida.
A few weeks after appearing from the second wave, potential buyers back hunting houses, studies by real estate researchers Proptiger and Liases Futter have shown.
According to Proptiger, more than 2,700 flats in Noida and 2,800 in Greater Noida were sold between January and September this year.
Lias Futter showed a similar trend.
Developers in Noida and Greater Noida sell around 4,600 and 5,700 units, until November.
Developers say low interest rates for home loans and needs will be greater space because the work schedule of houses causes a surge in this sales.
According to another real estate research and consulting company, around 1.3 lakh housing units were added in the top seven cities in the country, including Delhi-NCR, while sales were transferred at 1.4 lakh units last year.
But 2021 witnessed the increase.
Between January and September this year, 1.6 lakh units were added in these cities and 1.4 lakh of them sold.
However, there are some anxiety between buyers about logging on the registry.
This has encouraged buyers to invest largely in projects that are partly occupied and in the secondary market.
The developer claims that the Admasse registry is a temporary obstacle that will end soon.
The petition by a group of developers on the orders of the Noida Authority was being heard at the Supreme Court.
Amit Modi, President (select) in the credai (West Up) and Director Aba Corp, said, “obstacles such as delays in the implementation of registration should not change the mindset of buyers who have chosen noida as the preferred location.
The location is the main factor for all home hunters Now.
And Noida is a very urban city with a smooth development of infrastructure.
“RK Arora, President Naredco and Supertech Chairman Limited, expressed a similar view.
“No other cities in NCR offer this kind of connectivity along with so many green coverings.
The non-registry of flats is a problem for all of us.
But the problem must be resolved once the Supreme Court gives its verdict,” Arora said, which is between four developers from The city that applied for insults in court in the registry problem.
The builder said they focused on delivering the flat this year than launching a new one.
“Giving ownership to home buyers is our priority in 2021.
Low interest rates have become an additional advantage.
It has pushed the fence-sitter to explore more Noida Market,” said Harvinder Singh Sikka, Director of the Sikka Group implementing.
Some buyers say builders must do more than just talk to instill more trust between them.
“I want to ask the body builder what actions they take when they receive complaints about their members.
I did not get a response from them,” said Din Bandhu Nayak, a buyer whose project was jammed.
Similarly, Ranjan Samantay from Antriksh Golf View 2 in the Sector 78, said, “Some builders do not implement a tripartite and registry agreement despite having permission to do so.
Also, there are some internal problems of the community, such as parking, open areas and so on.
Authority officials issued Notification, but they almost didn’t act afterwards.
