And Tesla Under Musk has got a tag into a ‘cool’ place to work.
Tesla’s CEO, according to a report by CNBC, in an email to employees told about his views on listening to music at work, or more specifically at the Tesla factory.
In the email on October 3, Musk made it clear that he liked people listening to music at work.
“Just want to say that I strongly support music in the factory, as well as a small touch that makes work more fun.” Musk also said that he was fine with employees listening to music in true wireless earbuds and loudspeakers.
In the email, Musk also noted that he really cared about employees and looked for feedback about other things that could be done to “improve”.
This is the email musk for Tesla employees on the subject of “music at the factory”: From: Elon MuskDate: Sunday 3 October [deleted time] Subj.
Music in Factory wants to say that I strongly support music at the factory, also like a small touch that makes work more enjoyable.
Without an associate just sent me a note that asked if we could have one ear buds for music so that other ears could listen to the problem related to safety.
It sounded fine for me.
Also the speaker is also really cool as long as there is a reasonable agreement among your colleagues about music choices.
If there are other things that you think will increase your day, tell me.
I really care that you hope to come forward working every day!
