Lucknow: Lucknow bench from Allahabad High Court has asked the authority of larger Nida Industrial Development (Gnida) regarding the provisions of what has been done to ensure the supply of water into its territory.
It also asked Gnida how the industry had obtained water throughout the industrial area.
It was repaired November 23 as the next hearing date in this matter.
Chaudhary Chaudhary Justice Bench Passed the order on the writing petition that moved Supertech Pracast Technologies Private Limited.
The applicant has challenged the recovery order issued to the applicant for failing to deposit rent on the lease of land executed to run the industry in the Gnida area.
It was stated that the applicant could not run the industry because it was not supplied by water for industrial use.
“In such conditions, it is fully arbitrary to force the applicant’s company to pay rent against rented land,” argue the advisor of Applicant Abhisekh Khare.
The Applicant further pleaded that it was also represented by the state government about his complaint, but he shrugged as the authorities provide STP water and the applicant must also use the water from it after paying charges.
Considering this problem, the bench is prime-facie from view if water is not supplied to the industry to run the industry, the purpose of taking rental land from Gnida will frustrate.
