But what exactly cheese tea and what makes it so unique? Let’s find out.

What is tea cheese? Its origin?
Taiwan tea cheese is a delicious sweet and savory drink, which resembles lots of Boba tea in the context of taste and texture.
But tea lovers guarantee for it as one of the most attractive mix of tea made with green / black tea topped with foamy shake mix cream cheese cream, a little milk and a little salt.
The tendency of cheese tea began in 2010 from the Taiwan night market, but the taste and cheap texture have made it popular among tea lovers throughout the world.
Over the years, this classic Taiwan tea has gone through several infusions and experiments to please regional tastes.
For example: In 2012, Guangdong, China province tweaked the cheese cream with foaming and foamy milk.
How is the different tea cheese?
Unlike other foaming drinks, cheese tea has soft and foaming toppings that provide delicious taste drinks, but not like a latte or cappuccino, this drink is served cold.

How to make your own cheese tea
This delicious cream cheese tea is made using green tea, tea oolong or white tea.
To make it in a traditional way, cream cheese toppings are added along with a pinch of salt to add a perfect savory touch.
The combination of fine taste of tea is mixed with cream cheese or shake milk makes this tea delicious.
2 tablespoons of cheese cream
2 tablespoons of condensed milk
80 ml whipped cream
a pinch of kosher salt
Green tea drink
4-5 ice cubes
Take a jug and add warm water, use a filter ball filled with tea leaves.
Allows to brew for 3-4 minutes.
Take a tea filter ball and save it aside.
You can also use 2 (green / black) tea bags.
Next, a mixture of cream cheese and condensed milk in a bowl, until it turns out to be foamy.
Meanwhile, pour tea in a serving glass, add crushed ice or ice cubes.
Finally, thick milk whisk, whipping cream and cream cheese, until it forms a foaming texture.
Add a pinch of Kosher salt, shake it again.
Then use the spoon pour the mixture at the top and enjoy.
