He is currently in police custody while the Crime Branch Mumbai has recovered several videos, emails, and chat allegedly connected with this case.

After the arrest of Raj Kundrra, his lawyer objected to the application of the Part 67A from the Information Technology Act when sending obscene content in electronic form along with other parts with respect to pornography because this law considers the “sexual relationship” mentioned vulgar content.
He then stated that the police followed what the web functions today – vulgar content.
However, it is not classified as porn.
He added that there was nothing in this disposal which showed that two people were spoiled in intimate relationships.
Therefore, it cannot be called porn.
