WhatsApp is working on message ranking features for business accounts, according to Wabetainfo reports.
The report adds the latest beta WhatsApp for Android 2.21.22.7 may have this new message ranking feature.
This feature will allow users to assess messages from businesses to give them feedback and can be launched for beta users on Android and some iOS users.
This message ranking feature will allow users to assess messages in a star, with five maximum stars and one star becomes the lowest.
Although, there is no option to provide feedback directly to WhatsApp business accounts now.
This feature has been activated for beta users and previous beta users can also take advantage of these features.
While some users on WhatsApp Beta for Android get it, the tracking feature reports that some users also accept it on WhatsApp Beta for iOS too.
Message ratings will only work for WhatsApp business accounts.
In addition, this feature will only be available when you receive a message from a business account.
When you judge the message, WhatsApp cannot see the content and cannot see who judges the message because of anonymous feedback.
This feature is reported not damaging the encryption of the end message to the end and therefore the message that is considered remained invisible for WhatsApp.
However, whatsapp and business accounts will be able to see general feedback about messages sent from business, but they will not be able to see who judges them.
In the warning, whatsapp noted that this ranking is looking for businesses improve their messages to customers.
To assess the message received in the WhatsApp Business Chat – tap and hold a message to open the dialog box.
Previously, the ‘report’ option was used to appear, with ‘Copy’, to mark several inappropriate messages as spam.
Now, the new ‘level’ option has also been added to beta users.
