WhatsApp has reportedly started launching new useful features for users with business accounts.
According to Report by WabetainFO, new features will allow business accounts users to filter chat and messages using advanced search filters.
The Facebook platform currently releases a new advanced search filter for users with the latest beta beta version for Android and iOS.
WhatsApp Business Beta users will now be able to see three new options when they search for chat and messages – contacts, non-contact, and have not been read.
Further reports mention that users combine different filters to get better search results.
For example, this feature will allow users to search for photos from non-contact using two separate filters.
According to the report, the company will only remain limited to business account users only.
It is not yet known when features will be available for non-beta users but are expected to be available with future updates in the coming weeks.
The company also reportedly planned to launch a new section that was looking for non-business account users.
According to previous reports by Wabetainfo, WhatsApp will soon add a “nearby business” section that will allow users to find a business near their location on WhatsApp.
