After being in the beta stage for a while, WhatsApp is now launching a new feature for iPhone users.
The latest version – 22.2.75 – From WhatsApp is now available for download for iPhone users and bring these new features to Meta’s instant messaging application.
New voice recording users on the iPhone can now pause and continue when recording voice messages.
The feature is in beta mode for some time now but now it has been launched publicly.
Users will now see the pause button when recording voice records.
This means that users can listen to voice notes before they actually send it.
They can delete voice records or options continue the recording also exists.
Previously, users had the option to stop rather than pause voice recording.
You can now ensure only certain users can send messagesthis features using the focus mode available with iOS 15.
You can now ensure that choosing users can send messages to you even if you have turned on the focus mode.
For focus mode that does not know, is a feature that allows you to set up your iPhone in DND mode, which means you can choose what notifications will be received.
This feature is available for other applications such as iMessage but now available for WhatsApp too.
Note that you will need your iPhone to be updated to iOS 15 or more to use this WhatsApp feature.

This feature is also available for those who have increased to iOS 15 or newer versions.
