WhatsApp might get this popular feature from Facebook

New Delhi: WhatsApp recently introduced a beta testing program for WhatsApp Web.
Now the company has begun to test new messaging features called message reactions.
According to a report by Wabetainfo, WhatsApp is developing a message reaction feature that will allow users to react to text using emojis.
It is believed that this new feature will make a slimmer experience for WhatsApp users.
This is not the first WhatsApp feature as many other popular applications such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Twitter, signal, and others also offer this same feature.
As reported by Wabetainfo, this new feature will be available in upcoming updates for beta testers.
Just like Instagram DM, WhatsApp users will also be able to add Emoji reactions to individual messages after passing this feature.
According to the screenshot distributed by Waretainfo, users must update their application to the latest version to see the reaction.
If the user reacts to certain messages and others use a longer application version, then they will receive a message asking them to update the application.
Recently, WhatsApp introduced a beta program for WhatsApp Web.
According to Wabetainfo, WhatsApp launched a public beta program for WhatsApp Web.
This means that WhatsApp web users will now be able to test new features that come to the application.
Beta programs are available for Windows users and MacOS.
When you install WhatsApp for the first beta desktop, you are officially a beta tester and you will receive all beta updates automatically, so you don’t need to install manually that can be executed every time there is a new update.
At present, the latest beta version of WhatsApp Web 2,2133.1.
Waretainfo also suggested that the desktop version application regularly receive updates for the beta channel.
