New Delhi: WHATSAPP Meta-owned reportedly tested the possibility of allowing users to migrate the chat from their Android device to the iPhone.
According to Wabetainfo, WhatsApp is working on the features of “import chat history” which will allow Android users to move their chat to the iPhone device.
This feature is seen in the development in the latest beta WhatsApp for iOS v22.2.74.
At present, it is not available for everyone today.
It seems that WhatsApp will rely on applications called moving to iOS to make possible migration.
At present, the Chat transfer feature is available from iOS devices to Samsung and Google Pixel since last October.
Users can also migrate chat from iOS to Android 12 out-of-the-box-based devices.
