WhatsApp users that have not accepted the program’s new privacy policy may heave a sigh of relief.
The Facebook-owned messaging program has stated it won’t restrict performance for those users that haven’t accepted the new stipulations.
In an announcement to The Verge, a WhatsApp spokesperson stated,”Given current talks with several police and privacy specialists, we would like to make certain that we’ll not restrict the performance of the way WhatsApp functions for people who still have not accepted the upgrade ” The spokesperson also stated that this is some thing WhatsApp plans to stay with.
WhatsApp has explained this on its own official support page too and mentioned,”nobody will get their account deleted or shed performance of WhatsApp on May 15th due to this upgrade.

The messaging program claims a vast majority of consumers have accepted the privacy policy.
While people who have not will not face any activity but get normal notifications relating to it.
“We will continue to show a notification in WhatsApp supplying more info about the upgrade and reminding people who have not had a opportunity to do this to accept and review,” explained WhatsApp on its service page.
In addition, it said that these reminders won’t be”consistent and also to restrict the performance of this program.

For many months there has been a whole lot of back and forth from WhatsApp about its privacy policy.
Before this season, WhatsApp introduced a brand new privacy policy that had customers up in arms.
The instant messaging program postponed the date to May 15 because it watched some kind of the exodus to rival programs like Sign and Telegram.
