Wheels turn for new civil hospitals? The Gurugram Health Department to propose a plan for a week

Turugram: To get approval for a 400-bed hospital in the upcoming bed – to replace an interesting building in civil lines – The Department of Health Gurugram on Sunday said that it would propose a new plan to the government Haryana in a week.
The hospital project has faced several obstacles so far.
Built about 50 years ago, hospitals have witnessed at least six incidents of ceiling collapse in the past two years.
In a report, the Public Works Department (PWD) recommends that all hospital buildings be withdrawn to avoid further accidents.
“We have shared plans for 500 bed hospitals but after careful analysis, it is modified to 400.
We will share the details of the new building plan with Haryana in a week,” said Dr.
Virender Yadav, a medical official head, Gurugram.
This new package includes two parking basements, CT-MRI, Radiology, Oncology, Diagnostic Area, OPD, injection room, Nebulisasi space and immunization space, as well as microbiology, clinical pathology, molecular and biochemical units.
In addition, regardless of the hematological unit, there will be a preparatory area and storage of blood components, laboratories for the serology of blood groups and transfusion centers as well.
This facility will also have the center of Hemophilia and Talassemia, psychiatry, de-addicted and mental health center, workspace complex, icus, operating theater, TB center, ayush block, ambulance office, and cancer surgery, burns and pediatric ward.
The residential area will also be for the Gurugram Civil Surgeon, the main medical officer and other doctors.
The budget will be approved after the government gives the plan to be ahead.
Last year, RS 260 Crore was approved for Revamp.
This is likely to rise with the addition of new components.
As planned, the old hospital site, spread across seven hectares, will be expanded to nine hectares by using a portion of land from the school of senior high school boys.
However, the project has been stuck because the land acquisition process was postponed.
At present, the Ministry of Education has provided a certificate without objections to the Ministry of Health to enable it to use two hectares of land for building expansion.
