The 34-year-old actor passed away on June 14 at his Bandra residence.
The Central Bureau of Investigation, Enforcement Directorate and Narcotics Control Bureau were investigating different angles in the actor’s untimely demise.
Recently the NCB, which is probing alleged links of drug abuse, arrested Sushant Singh Rajput’s roommate Siddharth Pithani, who was among the four people present at the actor’s home when he was found dead.

Soon after the actor’s demise, his father Krishna Kishore Singh had proposed a stay on movies that would be made on the actor’s life.
Sushant’s father had filed a plea restraining anyone from using Sushant Singh Rajput’s name or likeness in movies.
However, in a recent ruling Delhi High Court refused a stay on the same.
Some of the upcoming or proposed movies based on Sushant Singh Rajput’s life and mentioned in the plea were – ‘Nyay: The Justice’, ‘Suicide or Murder: A star was lost’ and ‘Shashank’.
Before starting off in Bollywood, Sushant Singh Rajput was a popular face in TV shows and had also participated in a dance reality show wherein he was declared the first-runner up.
Sushant marked his debut in Bollywood with Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Kai Po Che!’ and went on to feature in hits like ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’ and ‘Kedarnath’.
His last big screen outing was ‘Chhichhore’, which was announced as the Best Film (Hindi) during the 67th National Film Awards.
