GENEVA: The World Health Organization (WHO) is establishing a technology transport hub for generating mRNA Covid-19 offenses in South Africa, together with Afrigen Biologics and Biovac to participate, WHO director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus mentioned on Monday.
“Now I’m thrilled to declare that WHO is currently in talks with a consortium of organizations and associations to set up a tech shift hub in South Africa,” Tedros told a press conference.
“The consortium calls for a firm Afrigen Biologics & Vaccines, that will act as the heart both by fabricating mRNA vaccines itself by supplying training to some producer Biovac,” he explained.
