* He is the minister of prison and the Department of Punjab cooperation in the Amarinder cabinet coming out.
* Randhawa has become vice president of the State Congress and Secretary General.

* Earlier this year, he held hands with Navjot Singh Sidhu, and has targeted his own government for alleged failure to fulfill the promises made in the 2017 polls.
