Representatives of the World Health Organization to Afghanistan asked the international community on Thursday to continue funding the suspended state health programs that were suspended when the Taliban took over the country, because the health care system occurred in a crisis.

A three-year health project of around $ 600 million managed by the World Bank in Afghanistan has funded the operation of hundreds of health facilities, and which estimates less than a fifth now fully functional.
