Geneva: The World Health Organization is worried about aggravating access to providing drugs and supply that saves life in Afghanistan and attacks on health care facilities, when Afghan forces against Taliban guerrillas, who said officials on Friday.
Rick Brennan, whose regional emergency director for the East Mediterranean regional office, said that the supply of assistance would arrive next week including 3.5 million doses of Covid-19 vaccine and oxygen concentrator.
“This is a very alarming situation and it is very liquid now,” Brennan, spoke from Cairo, told the United Nations Briefing in Geneva.
“We are worried about our lack of access to be able to provide important medicines and supplies and we are worried about attacks on health care.”
